Saturday was the busiest event once again for Pinoy LUG (LEGO® Users Group) as the next exhibit participation in the Philippines is the Batman 75th Anniversary event at The Block in SM North Edsa, Quezon City.
Though some of the LEGO® pieces on display might be familiar to anyone who has went to the recent Collecticon a week ago, this is a first for everyone to see almost all the sets that were released under the Super Heroes line of LEGO® sets related to DC Comics. This also includes the recently released UCS (Ultimate Collectors Series) Tumbler based from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy.
The exhibit opened its doors to the public since Thursday with activities and programs to entertain mall shoppers and visitors who want to see the display.
There were other exhibits that dwarfed the Pinoy LUG display, but among the Batman merchandise and collectibles it stands out that some who are familiar with the LEGO® brand would be surprised these sets and vehicles for the first time.

The event known as “The Dark Knight Rises for Halloween” celebrating 75 years of Batman will be at The Block’s entertainment center in SM North Edsa from October 10 to 19, 2014!
